Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

If you receive an item that you decide you do not want any more and is free of damage/was not installed, we will offer a store credit only for the amount paid once it is returned to us in the condition it was shipped.  You are responsible for the return shipping fee - there are no exceptions. It is not our fault that you ordered something before you decided if you really wanted it.

If you receive a package that shows visible damage from shipping, please do not accept the package without making sure items inside are free of damage! We can not be held responsible for what the shipping company did.  However! If you receive a part that the box is free of damage and the item is broken, please contact us right away and we will make sure you get an item that is in perfect working condition.

If you receive your order and it is missing parts or is incorrect, please contact us right away! We will do our best to make sure you receive the correct items or missing pieces. We will provide you with a return label.

**We will only provide a refund if you receive a broken item (not caused by shipping company) or if the item you ordered is different than what was received.  We do not offer full refunds (only store credit) for items that you ordered and no longer want. 


All custom wheel orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit that is due upon ordering.  This is to prevent us from being stuck with a set of wheels built to your specs that would otherwise be difficult to resell to another customer. Please ensure you really want them before ordering, once we submit the order it CANNOT be cancelled. If it is, you will not receive a refund on the deposit. Thank you for understanding.


*Non-Returnable Items

Wheels and Tires are NON-RETURNABLE ONCE MOUNTED! Please make sure you fully inspect the wheel and tires once receiving them for any damage.  If you do not contact us prior for fitment questions, we are not responsible if you order and they do not fit.

Installed parts are also non-returnable.  If we receive it back and it shows signs that it was installed- we will send it back and not provide a refund as we can not sell used parts.


All items in stock will ship within 24 hours or sooner of the order being placed.  If the product(s) you ordered is being shipped direct from manufacturer, please allow up to 48 hours to receive tracking information unless otherwise noted. Drop shipped wheel orders may arrive before tracking is received, as many only take 1-2 days to be delivered to you and it can take up to 48 hours to receive tracking info from warehouse.


We can ship international! Contact us for shipping rates as we do not offer it directly off the site.


Once you receive an item, please make sure you inspect it immediately and let us know if something is missing, incorrect, or damaged.  Once it has been installed, it can not be returned - no exceptions.



European Performance Autohaus LLC is not responsible or liable for any misuse or improper installation of any products sold through our website.  Braum Racing seats and all other performance parts are intended for off-road and show use only.  End consumer is responsible for their own well being and ensuring that they are meeting all laws for their area when installing products sold by us.
