Shipping - Returns - Wheel Orders

Return Policy

**Returns will not be accepted on any item that has been installed - no exceptions.  If you return an item and it shows signs of being installed, we will not accept the return and it will be sent back to you.  


If you would like to return an item, you have 5 days from the time of delivery.  We will give you STORE CREDIT for the full amount of the return minus shipping & handling fees. This is Non-Negotiable.  Cash refunds will ONLY be provided if the item is out of stock and there are no replacements available.


*Non-Returnable Items

Wheels and Tires are NON-RETURNABLE ONCE MOUNTED! Please make sure you fully inspect the wheel and tires once receiving them and contact us immediately if any damage is present.  


Installed parts are also non-returnable.  If we receive it back and it shows signs that it was installed- we will send it back and not provide a refund as we can not sell used parts.


All items listed as In Stock will ship within 24 hours, orders placed before 4 PM EST will ship same day unless otherwise noted.

Do not accept a visibly damaged package without inspecting the items inside first. We are not responsible for any item that was damaged due to shipping if you accept it from shipping company.


Wheels and Custom Orders

All custom wheel orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit and remainder 50% prior to shipping.  Custom wheel orders are non-returnable as they are built to your specifications, not someone else. 


DO NOT mount tires without test fitting wheels first.  Once tires are mounted, we can not return wheels. No exceptions will be made for this.
